The Turtles fly high

Monika has been known to do some crazy things on her birthday; climbing Half Dome in Yosemite, backpacking in the Sierras, climbing up Mount Tallac above Lake Tahoe. Of course, Gary gets to tag along. Who could miss the excitement? This year,  it was jumping out of a perfectly good airplane at 18,000 feet and dropping at 120 miles per hour to 5,000 feet above beautiful Monterey Bay, all the time being amazed and sorta of hoping the parachute would open. It did.
